This is going to be the students table area. I need to take off the old shapes in the middle of the table and place new ones. You can see the computers and pulled out. There are HOT electrical wires poking out of the wall. AAAAHHHHH! Scary I know. I totally told my kiddos about "This ONE kid I knew......" Needless to say, they stayed away :)
This wall you are looking at is the rug and calendar area. Again another misplaced shelf because of the wiring. Caution.... "I knew a kid once...."
So... I got to school and it way worse than this. It is coming along springingly.
Then I found out that my electrical wiring in my room was not so awesome sauce. Luckily, the school has an electrician doing some seriously needed labor to make it safe for my students and I to learn and play in. Tomorrow though I will have power and can turn on my computer. Teacher = happy!
Tomorrow I will be finishing the Calendar area, getting my keys, typing up my plans for Meet the teacher, finishing up my Letter of the days file folders, send out emails to the parents and mail a cute postcard to my kindergartens!
